Jaguar made a lot of XJ saloons - and still does. The name, originally coined as an internal project name, has badged Jaguar's big saloons from 1968 to the present day. Whichever one you own, however, they're all true to the original Jaguar principles of grace, space and pace.
We tend to specialise in the pre-Ford XJs from the period before electronics began to take over from simple mechanics. However, we have worked on later X-300 and X-308 models. We run Series 1 and Series 3 4.2 saloons on our hire fleet, which cover high mileages during the season. You can read about the recent restoration of our Series 3 car on the link below.
The original Jaguar XJ and XJ40 tend to suffer from poor build qualiy and rot. Poor maintenance, a consequence of historic low values, has also compromised many cars. We have experience solving these problems and also sourcing rare parts for these cars.
