INSURANCE DEPOSIT

When you collect your Great Escape classic hire car we will ask you for an insurance deposit.  This payment covers our insurance excess and is similar to the credit card authorisations taken by large car hire companies like Hertz and Avis.

We take the deposit as a manual credit card authorisation.  So no money is taken from your card unless the car is returned damaged.  The insurance deposit varies according to each car according to their value and the risk of damage.  Please read our terms and conditions and FAQs for further information.  Or call 01527 893733.
