What our customers say
We operate a feedback form to help us continuously improve what we do. Below is a small selection of the feedback we get from customers, which hopefully gives you a flavour of the Great Escape experience.
How We're Rated
We ask all of our customers to rate us on every aspect of their experience. For our general service, including the booking process and our advice and help during booking, we received a 5 out of 5 rating. On the quality of the cars, our in-car information pack and the driving experience, we got a 4.9 out of 5 rating. For value for money we got a 4.8 out of 5 rating and for the overall classic car hire experience we were rated 4.9 out of 5.
We're pleased but we'll keep on improving what we do. For example, over the last four weeks we've moved to a better storage site with higher standards, we've added a free A4 framed print to our hire package and we've introduced an 18-point pre-hire check.
